Deep Dish Pumpkin Crumble pie

make a pie crust and line a spring form pan with it. Make pumpkin filling with heavy cream, eggs, spices, and add a package of chopped dates. Bake at 425 for 15 mins then at 350 for 15 mins.

Top with: 1 cup regular oats, 1.5 cup flour, 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon to taste, 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans are best) Work into crumbs making a crumbly mixture.

Pull the pan out of the oven top with the crumbs. Put the pan back in and bake at 350 for an additional 30 mins.

Cool to serve.
