STRANGE CHOCOLATE CAKE -EASY

1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1tbsp cocoa

Sift the above dry ingredients then stir in milk and 2 tbsp melted butter. Place in baking pan or casserole dish.

4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups boiling water

Combine cocoa and brown sugar and spread evenly over batter in the pan. Pour boiling water over the top. DO NOT STIR Bake 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.

Absolutely delish...totally easy and great for company...looks and tastes much harder than it really is. I top it with vanilla ice cream or some dream whip.
