Pineapple Cheesecake

This is a recipe given to me by a neighbor in Fairless Hills,
Pennsylvania,
in the late 1970's or early 1980's. I haven't baked the cake for a
long time,
but as I remember, it was more cake like than like a New York style
cheesecake.

Pineapple Cheese Cake

4 eggs
6 tablespoons flour
16 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained well

Mix all ingredients except pineapple. Pour into baking pan. Spoon in
pineapple and sprinkle cake with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 50
minutes. Take cake out top with sour cream stuff turn over down to 250 bake another 25 mins. Turn oven off with cake still in let stand another 25 mins. Refrigerate delish.

Topping

1 large container sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon good quality vanilla

Mix top on warm cake put in over for 25 mins.
