Cake Mix Brownies

1 package German Chocolate or Devil's Food cake mix
2 sticks butter
3/4 cup brown sugar 0r can use white sugar
3 eggs
2 cups chopped nuts
2 cups marshmallows
2 cups chocolate chips

Mix and spread into a pan that you have greased or used PAM. Bake at 325 for about 35 mins

I like this because you don't have to use a mixer.
