Can Rotel Dip

 canned Rotel Dip last Friday: Two pounds Velveta, 2 or 3 cans Rotel tomatoes. Melt & combine - half pints -electric canner-vent- then 3 minutes, let them sit until canner is cool. They all had previously used lids and they all sealed. Consistency was perfect even though it looked like it wouldn't be if you just looked at the jars.

Next time I will give 1.5" headspace because 2 jars had a bit of syphoning. I've no idea how long they will last on the shelf but they'll be eaten quicklv. Pic of
