Stuffed Mushrooms
Slice french baguette and mound filling on the bread. Bake 340° convection for 25 mins
2# baby bellas with stems removed and also cooked simmered in 1 stick butter freeze or refrigerate
Left over mushroom or sausage gravy, could use mushroom soup
1/2 pound or more walmart original bulk sausage
1/2 onion & 2 small stalks celery chopped fine and sautéed in about half a stick of butter
add about 1/2 tsp Bebere powder, salt, pepper and cool
Mix sausage with 1/2 cup or a little more panko I had a little cornbread stuffing mix so I tossed that in.
add: beau monde, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken powder
Chop up mushroom stems and small caps put in sausage mixture
1 egg
Mix let flavors blend
Stuff heaping amounts into mushrooms
put on baking sheet on foil, sprinkle with panko crumbs
Bake convection 340° 20 mins or until brown on top, let cool some prior to eating
