Mothers frozen cream cheese fruit cocktail salad

 4 oz cream cheese softened 

2 can fruit cocktail drained

1 Tbs mayonnaise 

1 Tbs sugar 

Blend sugar, mayo, and cream cheese together

Fold in fruit cocktail 

Freeze in ice  tray without the dividers and cut into squares to serve on a lettuce leaf
