Favorite Salad Papaya Avocado

This is my favorite salad:

Cut a ripe papaya into chunks about 3/4" cubes.

Cut a couple of ripe avocadoes into 3/4" cubes also so you have equal amount of avacado and papaya

Sprinkle liberally with white raspberry balsamic vinegar then salt and pepper to taste.Toss lightly

The raspberry balsamic is addicting and I like to put it on a lot of things even just plain avacadoes.

If you want to make this a meal you can add mandarin orange segments, supremed ruby red grapefruit sections, some chopped daikon or jicama if you like. Serve on the side a little roll of honey'd goat cheese that has been rolled in toasted pecans, almonds, hazel nuts or cashews.

I sever this with homemade buttermilk bread toast for the goat cheese.
