Texas Berry Wine

1 Gallon Blackberries mashed
3 pounds sugar
1 gallon boiling water

Large stainless steel or glass container that has a top.

Mash berries and sugar - pour boiling water on top
Let stand in cool place for 10 days.

Strain through "wool cloth is better" and put into sterilized jars and seal. Nice for holidays and parties
