Corn Fritters

2 cups whole kernel corn - cut from cobs or frozen thawed or canned
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoon "meal" don't know cornmeal or cracker meal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs separate yolks beat whites until stiff fold into mixter at the end
2 tablespoons thick heavy cream

Mix batter should be thick. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil (corn oil) drain and serve with maple syrups
