Peanut Pate vegetarian
VEGETARIAN PEANUT PATE
1 lb. can Early June peas
2 sauteed onions (lg.)
2 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. peanut butter
12 walnuts
Shell 12 walnuts and chop fine in blender or processor.
Chop 2 large onions and saute in butter.
In processor or blender, blend rest of ingredients and add to walnuts (do not pulverize walnuts).
Shape into a mound and serve on lettuce with crackers.
