Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Grease & flour a tube pan or bundt pan
Cream:
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
1 package 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese softened
6 eggs added one at a time beating well between eggs.
Sift:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Add to the butter,egg, sugar mixture beating well
1 teaspoon vanilla
Can add 1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts or other nuts
Preheat over to 350 put cake in and turn down to 325 cook 1 hour and test.
