Bruschetta Canning it

Ingredients:

- 4 pounds plum tomatoes
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 10 garlic cloves
- ¾ cup fresh basil
- ½ cup fresh oregano

Instructions:

1. Combine tomatoes, wine, vinegars, sugar, garlic, basil, and oregano in a stockpot.
2. Boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Ladle into jars, leaving ½-inch headspace.
4. Process in a water bath canner for 15 minutes.
