ctive time: 20 min Start to finish: 3 hr

3 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces
12 oz fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), chopped
6 large eggs

Nutrisystem Carrot Cake

2 packets pancake mix
1 large carrot or about 6 small baby carrots frozen in bag
1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup pineapple
1/4 chopped nuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 each of ginger, nutmeg and salt

I did this in the blender so it would be smooth.

Pam spray a pie pan or use you muffin tin.

I have a convection oven so I baked at 300 for about 30 mins.

I guess you can bake at 325 for 20 mins
