4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups canned 100% Pure pumpkin
3/4 cup water
21/2 cups all purpose flour
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease the bottoms of two 9*
* 5" loaf pans and line with parchment paper In a large bowl, mix well all the ingredients. Pour into the loaf pans.
Bake one hour, or until barely done in the middle.do not over bake
