Pumpkin Pecan Dump cake
1 box, 15 oz Butter Pecan cake mix
1 can, 15 oz pumpkin
1 can, 12 oz evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 cup butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside. - In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour pumpkin mixture into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans.
- Drizzle melted butter all over the
top. - Bake uncovered for 50 to 55 minutes
