Day 5

woke up 11: 50 am - daylight saving is killing me

Breakfast: one of those apple bars, tea with splenda

2:30 PM serving of vanilla fat free yoghurt with splenda

Blood sugar 94

Chicke with pasta sauce - not very good - had extra chicken breast

Salad with egg

mustard pretzels

apple

fat free cheese & melba toast

Blood sugar 105 (10:47 PM)

Chicken with tofu & green beans
