Mother's Ice Cream Recipe

Cook 2 large packages of vanilla pudding with half the milk until "thin".

Add one can evaporated milk or equivalent ounces of heavy cream
6 egg yolks beaten until light yellow
1.5 cups sugar beaten in with egg yolks

Cool and add whatever flavoring fruit or so forth you want. Pineapple is great

Put into old fashioned ice cream freezer and crank with ice and rock salt until ready.
